These Terms of Use govern your use of bluesailbeachoutfitters.com and any golf cart rental you book with Blue Sail Beach Outfitters LLC ("Blue Sail," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book with us.
Our services
We rent golf carts — four and six passenger, standard, premium and lifted — on Oak Island, Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, NC, with free delivery and pickup. Our fleet and current weekly rates are listed on our home page and may change from time to time; the price you see at checkout is the price we hold you to.
Booking & reservations
Selecting your island under "Book Your Cart" hands you off to our reservation system, hosted by our booking and payment partner, Peek. You're responsible for giving us accurate contact and delivery information there so we can get your cart to the right house on the right day.
Rental agreement, drivers and use of the cart
The terms of the rental itself — the cancellation and change window, driver and licence requirements, security deposit, charging, damage and late return terms — are set out in the rental agreement and waiver you complete when you book and at delivery. That agreement governs the rental; these Terms of Use govern the website and the relationship around it. If the two ever conflict on a rental question, the rental agreement wins.
Our carts are street legal, but that doesn't change the rules of the road. You're responsible for operating the cart lawfully and safely, for everyone you let drive it, and for following local ordinances on where carts may be driven and parked.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery and pickup are free within our service area. We bring your cart charged and ready to your vacation home and collect it at the end of your stay. Please make sure we can reach the delivery spot and that the cart is accessible and unobstructed on pickup day, and let us know about anything that affects access — a gate code, a narrow drive, a locked garage — before your delivery date.
Pricing & payment
Rentals are quoted and paid through Peek at the rate shown for your cart, island and dates. Rates on this site are weekly unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through Peek's checkout and payment processing; by paying you agree to Peek's own terms for that transaction in addition to these.
Text messaging terms
If you provide a mobile number to us or at checkout on Peek, you may receive text messages about your rental — confirmations, delivery and pickup coordination, reminders, and occasional updates — as described in our Privacy Policy.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting a cart.
Limitation of liability
We maintain our fleet and deliver every cart charged and inspected, but a golf cart is an open vehicle and you drive it at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law.
